Innovative Gebäudekonzepte
As part of this research project, a combination of four building types – low-energy house, sun house, passive house, plus-energy house – with several types of construction (concrete, wood, and brick construction), with different house technology and thermal insulation system designs are to be used first to develop fictitious building concepts and then to analyze and compare them in detail, ecologically and economically.
In cooperation with five Austrian Cooperative Research (ACR) partner institutes, the relevant ecological and economic indicators in the building life cycle are calculated and then evaluated by using suitable accounting programmes and carrying out cost calculations.
