Photovoltaics for prefabricated houses
The project "photovoltaics (PV) integrated into buildings for the prefabricated housing industry" of the Austria Association of Prefabricated Houses aims at advancing a technically feasible, cost-efficient and easily marketable photovoltaic system to the point where it can be introduced to the market. Properties relating to building physics such as ventilation, tightness of the building envelope and joints are of particula importance and have to be observes during the integration of PV-elements into roof and wall elements.
