Smart & Urban Tree
Can we use wooden, structural measures to mitigate the increase in summer temperatures in public spaces in Vienna? Together with the Technical University of Vienna, we explored how wooden structures can be added to traditional green or cooling areas within a city while also offering additional space. In the exploratory study Smart & Urban Tree, we studied how and if this is feasible for the city of Vienna.
