Schutz.aufs. Dach_II
The project “Schutz.aufs.Dach_II” will focus on the subjective perception of the sound insulation of roofs. In addition to rain sound insulation, the airborne sound insulation of the roofs will also be analyzed and installations such as skylights or PV modules will be taken into account. For this purpose, metrological investigations will be carried out at the Akustik Center Austria and listening tests will be conducted in the TGM's perception room. The aims of the project are a) to improve the rain and airborne sound insulation of wooden roofs and b) to be able to evaluate the sound insulation of roofs in a perceptually correct manner.
